Meditation

Meditation can be used for many purposes from relaxation and de stressing to opening up to your higher self for wisdom and guidance. Used in many traditions and religions it is seen by many as one of the most important tools for spiritual growth and development.
The workshop explores the different types and methods of meditation and gives a good starting point for anyone wanting to use this ancient practice in their daily lives.

Angel workshops

Spend a day in the presence of Angelic energies. Learn about and how to work with specific Angels and Ascended Masters.
A fun day of talk, mediations, healing and laughter.

Holistic spirituality

There are many facets to what is commonly known as New Age thinking. This day explores where we are as a planet and how we interact with each other and how we impact on each others lives with our words and thoughts. Covering all the spiritual principles drawing on the works of some of todays leading authorities on cellular healing, affirmations and spiritual laws such as the law of attraction. Having spent nearly 10 years studying spiritual works and principles I have tried to bring these practices into my daily life and bring balance to the physical and non physical. This day is intended to inspire ourselves to a more holistic way of thinking and living and to bring balance and peace into what is a very chaotic and busy 21st century world.

Law of Attraction

If only we all knew how important it is to be aware that we co create our lives through our thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Spend a day exploring the Law of Attraction and how you can improve the areas of your life that are less than perfect purely by changing your thoughts.
Lots of inspirational ideas and methods to take home and put into practice.
This day is the start of the life you actually intended to lead.
