A Day out of Time
7.00pm until 9.30pm (or later if you want to linger)
(or £17.50 if block booking all 4 of our 2019 events)
For those who follow the 13 moon calendar, the calendar breaks the 365-day annual cycle of the Earth going round the sun into 13 months of 28 days. If you do the maths, this comes to 364, which leaves one day spare, a day belonging to no week or month, between the end of one year and the beginning of the next. This year it is Thursday 25th July.
The 13-moon calendar has followers in more than 90 countries and as pioneers of natural time, are living by the 13 moon calendar. Around 500 festivals of art, music and healing, plus gatherings of people meditating, singing or reading poetry, will be happening around the world, from a sunrise meditation at Avebury stone circle to events organised by 13 moon communities around the world.
As the 13 moon calendar is in sync with the feminine cycles and also very much in tune with the Mayan calendar so we will be working with the Goddesses IX CHEL and her krone counterpart CHAK CHEL to help us venture into the void of no time to bring our own wisdom and guidance through and to reveal what is to come.
The evening will include Meditations, Reflection and Labyrinth walk.
COST: £20.00 payable in advance.
Please note that places are limited due to the space available in the yurt.
BOOKING: Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to book and receive payment details, directions and parking instructions and for any other questions.
What you may need to know when visiting us:-
WHAT TO BRING: Appropriate clothing for the days weather, out door shoes or boots, again depending on the weather. Blankets cushions or deckchairs for use in the Yurt.
DISABILITIES: The Labyrinth is at the bottom of a field and so unfortunately wheelchair use is quite difficult. The field is also quite uneven so again anyone with walking disabilities may struggle. We can however arrange to get a vehicle into the field to get a little closer but wouldn’t be able to drive right up to the Labyrinth. We would need to know in advance that you were coming to be able to arrange this.
TOILETS: There are toilets available for use but these are at the top of the field so there will be a short walk if needed.
POSTCODE: for SAT NAV: PE280QR this is for the whole village of Bythorn so please email me for local instructions when booking.
REFRESHMENTS: Water and hot drinks along with some home made cake provided. Please bring your own snacks if you have food allergies.
