There is a questionnaire provided with your Booking Form, which must be completed and submitted to us.
If you have health conditions and/or dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreat, we reserve the right, for your own wellbeing, to advise you to stop participating.
SESSIONS NOT OWNED OR FACILITATED BY FIELD OF HEALING.
It is common for Field of Healing to host guest speakers and facilitators and to collaborate on some events.
You will be asked at the time of booking to complete any questionnaires relevant to these 3rd party sessions where health and wellbeing may be affected. For example Yoga, Healing, Biofield Tuning, Sound Healing sessions would all be sessions that would require us to know some details about you.
These questionnaires are purely for the use of the facilitator and for your own safety and wellbeing.
It is your responsibility to let our workshop leaders know if you have any injuries, and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during our events.
If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the event, then please stop participating immediately and seek help from the event organiser or facilitator.
PRIVATE HEALING SESSIONS/CONSULTATIONS
At some events and retreats we invite external practitioners to the event to offer their services such as Reiki, massage, healing etc
We are not responsible in any way for their services or offerings and they do not form any part of your booking with us for the retreat. You will need to pay them direct for their services and they are responsible for their own insurance and therapy offerings.
THE VENUE / ACCESSABILITY
Events are held in a field at Field of Healing, behind The Old Sores, Main Street, Bythorn, Cambs, PE28 0QR and also sometimes in Bythorn Village Hall.
Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, we are situated in the countryside where the land is uneven and we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain.
Sessions will be held in a field, yurt, village hall and therapy studio. This site is not suitable for wheelchairs or people who have difficulty walking over uneven ground.
Some events are held in the evening and it is very often dark when the event finishes so we advise participants to bring torches to aid their journey back to their vehicle
The Venue is in a small village and we expect all participants to respect the community particularly when leaving the venue at night after the hours of 9pm. We also ask that when parking in the village respect is given to verges and care is taken not to block driveways, or narrow parts of the roads.
CAMPING
Some events are over 2 days and so camping is available in the Field of Healing.
Please let us know at time of booking if you wish to camp.
There is access to the field for caravans or campervans but this would only be possible if the field was dry.
There is no electric hook up available
There are 2 toilets and a small kitchen available for people camping.
Again we would ask that campers remember and respect they are on a private property and ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10pm
This is a spiritual venue and a scared space and no alcohol is permitted at any time.
